Grand Prize Draw

Register by March 31st to enter

Register before March 31st, and your name will be entered in our early bird draw to win one weeks accommodation in a magnificent chalet in Aime-La-Plagne, located in the French Alps - your choice of season.

The Chalet is a beautiful large stone and wood building overlooking the village of Aime. The vacation value $5,000 USD

Your choice of season: lots to do in this fantastic venue, summer and winter

Some restrictions will apply.

Aime - La Plagne is an all season sensation.

The vast and changing landscape of the French Alps provides the most fantastic scenery, clean fresh air, stunning mountains, glaciers and crystal clear lakes. While Aime (the village of love) is known for its famous ski resorts it’s also a wonderful place to hang out in the summer. Go hiking on the meadows and ski hills. Check out the cheese factories perched high in the mountains. Savour the delicious local wines and unique boutique restaurants. Tour the surrounding charming villages and shop their amazing weekly markets.

Or, get your adrenalin pumping. Cycle down the ski slopes, ride the thermals to paraglide the slopes from above, white water canoe the local rivers, and try mountain climbing. Just riding the ski lifts in the summer for an easier going outing may be your cup of tea.

At the close of the day, share a glass of your favourite wine with friends while relaxing on your chalet balcony mesmerized by the spectacular sky as the sun slowly sinks beyond the Alps.

Yes, you will truly fall in love with Aime, if you choose a winter or summer holiday.

COURSES

Mountain Course, Bear Mountain

Co-designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son Steve, the Mountain Course at Bear Mountain is set in the foothills of Mount Finlayson and strikes the perfect balance between playability and a truly challenging year round golf experience for golfers of all skill levels.

With panoramic mountain, city and ocean views set within rolling fairways and lush forest, rest assured - you will be back for more.

Valley Course, Bear Mountain

The Valley Course meanders through forest, borders lakes, and traverses creeks throughout its 18 holes, while offering spectacular views of Vancouver Island's beautiful landscape.

In contrast to the existing Mountain Course, the par 71 Valley Course measures 6807 yards from the Golden Bear tees - around 400 yards shorter than its sibling. Factor in elevated tee boxes, more generous fairway widths, fewer bunkers and larger greens and the Valley course will likely be considered a 'friendlier' version of the original.
